Full-Time Customer Service Representative
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and patients with a warm, positive attitude
- Answer phones and respond to text messages
- Schedule appointments efficiently
- Process invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate medical records and daily paperwork
- Support the veterinary team by keeping the front office organized and running smoothly

Please note: While you’ll be surrounded by amazing animals every day, this is primarily a people-focused position. The majority of your day will be spent communicating with clients, helping them navigate their pets’ care, and creating an outstanding customer experience.

Veterinary Assistant
As a Veterinary Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our doctors and technicians while helping provide excellent care to our patients. Your responsibilities may include:
- Patient restraint and handling
- Assisting with appointments, treatments, and procedures
- Preparing exam rooms and treatment areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing kennels, exam rooms, and equipment
- Walking, feeding, and monitoring hospitalized patients
- Assisting with patient intake and discharge
- Collecting and preparing basic laboratory samples
- Assisting with radiographs and other diagnostics
- Preparing surgical and dental areas
- Monitoring patients and reporting changes to the medical team
- Assisting with catheter placement, treatments, and other technical tasks as trained
- Client communication and education
- Medical record documentation and invoicing
- Stocking and maintaining supplies
- Helping keep the hospital clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Jumping in wherever needed to support the team
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, comfortable working with animals, and able to stay positive and productive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to help wherever needed are important to us.
Previous veterinary experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. We are happy to train someone who has a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and a genuine passion for caring for animals.

As a Veterinary Technician, you’ll be expected to play an active role in all aspects of patient care, including:
- Patient restraint and nursing care
- Anesthesia monitoring for surgical and dental procedures
- Laboratory diagnostics and sample collection
- Digital radiography
- Catheter placement and treatment administration
- Client education and communication
- Medical record documentation and invoicing
- Assisting doctors with appointments and procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment
